Hello, world! Things have been happening really fast within the past week. Last week, I got a call from someone at Richardson Independent School District. After playing phone tag for a couple of days, we set up an interview for this morning. Sunday night, I call a call from my advisor/major professor and he asked how the internship search was going, he said he would also try to find something for me. He and I played phone tag for a couple days, too. (What is it about me and phone tag anyway?) Anywho, he has a possible place for me in Lake Dallas ISD. I called the special education director, and am waiting for her to call me back. (Phone tag yet again.) However, since my advisor is a supervisor in the district, I have a really good shot. The interview today went really well. They acted like they liked me! Yay!

On a completely different note, work is going great! They gave me a gift certificate to Starbucks for doing a great job. Yay!!! Tuesday was David's and my two-year anniversary. Little did we know that night that we would be planning our wedding two years later! I received some gorgeous lilies. and we had a fantabulous dinner at Leonardo's, this little Italian place by David's apartment. It was awesome! Yay!!

Arrrrrgggghhh!!!!! I am so frustrated with computers right now! I have a wireless keyboard that I got for graduation. When I am not using it, I store it on its side under my computer desk. Well, I was on my computer tonight, accidentally kicked the keyboard (not hard), and somehow hit something that made the Internet Explorer icon disappear from the desktop. I then cut and pasted the icon from the programs section of the start up menu to the desktop, so the icon is now there. However, I cannot seem to make the icon go back under programs. I tried copying, cutting and pasting and it doesn't work! I am about ready to beat the computer with a baseball bat! (a nerf bat, so I wouldn't do any damage, but to where I'd still be able to hit it.) Grrrrrr.
