POLICY

Please read the following policy and sign the agreement at the bottom of the page.

LESSON INFORMATION

Lessons are 30 minutes long.

COST

The cost of a lesson in my home is $15.00. The cost of a lesson in your home is $30.00.

Your 1st month cost is  ___________.  Your monthy payment will be  ___________.

The cost of music is additional and will be added to your monthly bill. Payment will be collected on a monthly basis, on the 1st of each month.

PRACTICING

All students are advised to practice for at least thirty minutes every day. Daily practice is necessary for a student’s progress.

MISSED LESSONS

If, for some reason, a lesson must be missed, please call me, and I will do my best to arrange a make-up lesson. If a make-up cannot be arranged, payment will still be collected for that lesson.

FESTIVALS AND RECITALS

Various festivals are held throughout the year, and students are highly encouraged, but not required, to enter. These events provide an opportunity for a student to receive a critique from a qualified judge. Student recitals will be held periodically, and again, students are highly encouraged to participate.

WITHDRAWAL FROM LESSONS

If, at any time, a student wishes to cease taking lessons, please submit a notice in writing.
